ModernCaribbean.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at ModernCaribbean.com while using the secure server.  In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Refund  Policy -  Moderncaribbean.com provides a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases. (Costs due to overnight, 2nd day shipping not included. Also, bedding products are non-returnable.).  Return shipping must be paid by the customer.  All Returns must be in working order. If you order a product from moderncaribbean.com and refuse delivery of the item, you will be charged the cost for return shipping. Orders returned without an RA# or which are not in the originally packaging with all included materials are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 20% of the purchase price.

Exchanges -  If you are not satisfied with a   product  you purchased, we will happily exchange it for another of equal or lesser value.  Please note that return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer.

Return Policy - No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number.

To receive an RA number for returns and exchanges call our  main office moderncaribbean.com  at  1.868.653.0011  or  e-mail us at info@moderncaribbean.com , SUBJECT:  RETURNS. We will then provide you with an  Return   Authorization (RA) number for your products.

The RA number must be written on the outside of the shipping package. You must send your package (s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information. We  are not responsible for orders that are lost.

Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:

1. All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, and registration card (s).
2. Remember to include a copy of your packing slip from the original order.
3. Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package (s)  via UPS, Federal Express, or other  United States Postal Service ( Use Delivery Confirmation or certified mail)
4.All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
